FAQs

Q. I’ve had a bad experience in the past, so I get nervous about seeing the dentist. Will I feel any pain?

A. Our job is to make every visit a completely painless experience for you. We use the most advanced approaches available today to ensure your comfort throughout your visit. We also take time to explain everything we do before we do it, so you feel relaxed and at ease with no surprises.

Q. How will I know if I can afford the care you recommend?

A. We want to make your experience painless to your pocketbook, too. So we cover all of your options for treatment well in advance. This includes telling you what alternatives are available, how much each one costs, how much of the expense your insurance will cover, whether the treatment can be spread out over time to spread your payments out and so on. Most of all, there are no surprises or hidden costs - you always know exactly what your care will cost and why.

Q. What if I don’t have insurance, or my insurance doesn’t cover the cost of my treatment?

A. We accept personal checks, MasterCard®, VISA® and Discover®, and we also offer financing with Care Credit when requested.

Q. My schedule is really hectic. How quickly can I get in and out?

A. The length of your appointment will always depend on the treatment you require. We don’t overbook appointments, so we see you at your scheduled time. Especially if we know you’re in a hurry, our team works together to handle everything as quickly as possible without compromising the quality of care you receive. And when we schedule appointments as part of a treatment plan, we’ll always let you know in advance how long you can expect each visit to last.

Q. What age patients do you see?

A. All ages, from the smallest child to the most mature adult.  The goal of our practice is to help you and every member of your family enjoy a lifetime of excellent dental health.
